Big Bills Biscuits originates from a generation of New Zealanders who grew up with a mother who stayed at home and a father who went to work.
In addition to being the domestic goddess who ran the house, the household budget and got everyone off to work and school this cornerstone of the family was also the baker. After completing a myriad of household chores the goddess, AKA, mum, would don her apron, cover the bench with ingredients and create the most sumptuous biscuits, cakes and all manner of delectable home baked treats.

Be warned! Once you start eating, you can't stop!

The home baking became a very fond memory for a lot of Kiwi children who came home after school to a loving mother who listened to the story of their day and watched with pride as they devoured the biscuits she had made so lovingly provided.
Bill Goodridge, who founded the company was one such child. In addition to a mother who baked regularly he also had a grandmother and grandfather who were prolific producers of biscuits, cakes, pikelets and all sorts of other goodies. Having passed the skills on to both of their daughters the daughters instilled the passion in some of their own children.

Big Bills Biscuits are baked in a home Kitchen in Tauranga that has been approved for food manufacturer by the Tauranga City Council.

Being home-made there will always be minor variations in the size and the consistency of the product but one thing that never changes is the wholesome home baked flavour and goodness.
